With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, Marvin began his career in industrial instrumentation, gaining expertise in measuring and controlling complex systems.

As Vice President of Schlumberger Gas Measurement and Control, he managed a $200 million product line, deepening his involvement in IoT and predictive maintenance. An alumnus of MIT and INSEAD for Product Design and Industrial Marketing, Marvin applies his vast knowledge to advance cybersecurity in IT and OT environments, pushing the boundaries of AI automation and secure IoT data access.

Jonathan Clark, MBA

Jonathan has a track record of building strategic programs at Fortune 100 companies to minimize cyber threats, reduce risk and deliver successful compliance from end-to-end. He began his career in the telecommunications industry in 1994, building systems that detect fraud.

In the 30 years since then, he oversaw critical IT, OT and IoT infrastructure, led cybersecurity, data governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management functions for systems that handle emergency telecommunications and public safety alerts. Jonathan specializes in building strong security, financial, and privacy controls that stand the test of the toughest audits.

Jason Tansley, P.Eng, PMP

Jason Tansley is a seasoned Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with a dynamic background in engineering, project management, and business development. Over his career, Jason has spearheaded projects totalling $540 million, consistently delivering these initiatives on time and on average 7% under budget. As a founder of three successful businesses and a key figure in expanding a startup to 250 employees, Jason understands the nuances of both small and large organizational structures. His work has spanned over 100 clients, including major players in the energy industry’s critical infrastructure sectors.

Currently, as the Director of Business Development at ThingZero, Jason leverages his extensive network and deep industry knowledge to integrate cutting-edge technological and AI solutions, driving substantial growth and innovation.

Sebastien Christian is a French-American scientist, entrepreneur, and innovator with a rich academic background in Mathematics, Physics, and Neuroscience. As a multiple-time founder and CEO, Sebastien has pioneered the use of industrial AI to optimize operations within the energy, transportation, and manufacturing sectors.

Neetu Khilnani, CISSP, CISA, MBA is an information security, privacy and IT risk management professional. She has a track record of building and maturing business aligned information security & data protection programs and serving as a risk advisor to boards and senior business executives. She has a metrics driven approach to leading large scale organization wide projects. Neat connects, enlists, inspires, educates, trains and empowers her client teams through collaboration and effective communication. Known for turning cost centers into profit drivers, Brendon used complex pricing and offering models to increase revenue for IBM’s Managed Services line from $15M to $100M in 3 years and create significant ROI for clients.

As CFO of IBM’s Risk & Compliance division, he managed global operations, financial integrations, and innovative client service launches, contributing to over $200M in new signings. With expertise in M&A, strategic planning, and operational improvements, Brendon combines financial acumen and strategic vision to create value and drive innovation.

Ryan Kershaw

Ryan has worked in the manufacturing and industrial space for his entire 20+ year career.  He started on the factory floor with instrumentation and controls and moving to the enterprise level helping companies to connect their organizations and implement I4.0 processes and technologies.  His work has taken him all over North America, from the oilsands in the north to power plants in the south, pharma plants in the east, and paper mills in the west.
 
Ryan enjoys working with clients to solve problems and getting to see firsthand how processes operate.  Over his career Ryan has worked to help further the business, technology, standardization, and safety goals of the sector with the Canadian Process and Controls Association where he served as the Vice President and the International Society of Automation where he serves as the Chair of the Operations & Management Technical Advisory Committee.
